| Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our reservation system.
We guarantee your reservation and there
is no overbooking on our policy.
Room cancellations in such a short notice affect us significantly and
therefore we apply the following cancellation policy:

- A minumum of 10 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival is required for the
cancellation of a reservation over peak periods. The peak periods include all
holidays in Canada.
- A minimum of 3 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival is required for the
cancellation of a reservation over non-peak periods.
- The
room rate of 1 night will
be charged if you cancel your
room within the days above prior to your scheduled arrival.
- For the reservation on the peak
periods, a request to reduce the length
of stay from an existing reservation may result in the reservation no
longer being accepted.
- All cancellations must be made by telephone in order to confirm your cancellation by the manager.
